Camera EVK Board · available now for evaluation

Develop on the stack before the product ships

Camera EVK Board is our development-kit family. Each kit puts the sensing modules and edge compute of a reference configuration on the host SoC you will develop against. The optics and calibration chain are the ones MARU™ Gen 2 will use. Three configurations, all available now.

MARU Gen 2 reaches the market in March 2027. The kits do not wait for it — the calls you write against a configuration are the calls that run on MARU.

What arrives

Camera, host, and SDK, in the shipping calibration chain

The kit

Sensing modules, edge compute, and Ethernet on a named host SoC — you develop on the host, not on a USB capture path. Every configuration arrives with its calibration record, in the optics and calibration chain MARU will use.

AI Vision SDK

Scene perception, point cloud, and depth APIs, with ROS 2 integration. The calls you write against a kit are the calls that run on MARU — the kit is not a throwaway prototype path.

The three configurations

Three configurations

A development kit is chosen by what you will develop against, so every configuration names its host platform in the specification. All three share the interface and the SDK; they differ in the host SoC, in the power rail, and in what the optics are tuned for.

Type Q is based on a module already delivered to a healthcare customer and ships as a fixed production configuration. It is the kit for evaluating the optics and calibration chain as they run in the field. For loading your own models against the host, Type N and Type A are the open development targets.
