MARU Link
Sensor modules dock front-to-back into a finned edge body. Four optics and three interfaces recombine without touching the rest of the system.
MARU Gen 2 · From March 2027
The same perception blocks — optics, edge compute, I/O — assembled three ways. Choose by how the machine is built, not by rewriting the vision stack.
MARU™ Gen 2 reaches the market in March 2027. The perception stack it is built on is running today, and evaluation kits are available now.

Assembled · horizontal
Sensor modules dock front-to-back into a finned edge body. Four optics and three interfaces recombine without touching the rest of the system.
Assembled · vertical
Sensor, edge, and interface stages stack vertically into a compact cube — the smallest footprint of the three builds.
All-in-one
Optics, compute, and I/O in one sealed device. One cable, one mount, nothing to configure mechanically.
Comparison
| Build | Assembly | Form factor | Interfaces | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| MARU Link | Horizontal — sensor module docks into the front bay of an edge body | Finned chassis with one or two sensor bays | USB-C · Ethernet · SerDes | Lines that change optics between deployments; fleets on one interface |
| MARU Tower | Vertical — sensor, edge, and interface stages stacked | Compact cube, smallest installed area | Per interface stage | Cells and cabinets where floor or bracket area is the constraint |
| MARU ONE | None — integrated device | Single sealed housing | Fixed at build | Volume deployments where wiring and install time dominate |
Proven configurations
Three reference configurations exist, each on a named host platform — Qualcomm QCS610, NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano / NX, NextChip Apache6. The Compact build is based on a module already delivered to a healthcare customer. MARU Gen 2 inherits their optics, calibration chain, and edge stack — which configuration fits your environment is settled during consulting, not picked from a table.
